Our Response to COVID-19

Southgate Lincoln is taking the outbreak of COVID-19 extremely seriously and we are working hard to continuously navigate the complexities of its impact on the automotive industry and our customer's everyday lives.

ALL DEPARTMENTS at Southgate Lincoln are now OPEN, however due to the Governor's Executive Order customers are not allowed into the showroom at this time.

As a result, Southgate Lincoln would be happy to deliver a new or pre-owned vehicle to you remotely! We can work with you to complete the entire sales process online and/or over the phone! You can search our entire inventory, calculate your payment, and get financing approved, all without leaving your home! We'll even deliver the vehicle right to you! Click Here to get started!

In a response to COVID-19 we have instituted a number of new policies and procedures (in addition to complying with all CDC Guidelines) to go above and beyond to ensure we have a safe and clean environment for you when you visit: 

  • Employees temperatures are checked every morning
  • Ensuring employees are constantly washing/sanitizing their hands;
  • Making hand sanitizer available throughout the dealership - for customers and employees;
  • Regularly wiping down door handles and chairs in all public spaces (the Service Drive, Parts counter, etc.);
  • Disinfecting each vehicle that is brought in for Service or Body Shop work, both upon arrival and when it is delivered back to the customer;
  • Requiring employees to wear facemasks;
  • Requesting that all customers who enter the dealership wear a facemask (gloves are also available upon request);
  • Erecting clear shields throughout the store to better protect our employees;
  • Marking 6 foot distances throughout the dealership to indicate where customers should stand;
  • Practicing 6 foot social distancing measures at all times;
  • Propping doors open during business hours to reduce the number of physical touchpoints throughout the dealership;
  • Asking customers who drive into the Service Department to remain in their vehicle until someone from our team has greeted them / taken their information.

We're continuously improving our processes to ensure we are well equipped to handle all of your Service or Body Shop needs. You can schedule an appointment over the phone, on our website or via the FordPass app and then bring the vehicle into the service drive or drop it off at our 24 hour drop box. 

Finally, our Parts department is fully stocked with everything you need to get your vehicle running smoothly! We're happy to deliver parts curbside (and contactless!) without you leaving your vehicle. Just call ahead to order and pay - we will have it ready and walk it out to you when you arrive!
